By engaging Devlync for software development services, you agree that all work is governed by the scope, timeline, and payment terms outlined in your project contract. Intellectual property of delivered work transfers to the client upon final payment. Devlync retains the right to showcase non-confidential project work in its portfolio. Services are provided "as-is" with no implied warranty beyond what is explicitly agreed in the project contract.
